King of Chess art print

This piece was the first drawing of the Sketching in Morocco collection. 

It was inspired by my boyfriend Casper's new hyper fixation: playing chess on his phone. We were on our flight to Rabat, Morocco, and he was playing while I just wanted to pass time while sketching. And so I drew the King of Chess. Two interpretations: the chess piece is the King, but Casper is also the King of Chess since he plays so much :)

After completing the drawing, I noticed I wanted to draw something inspired by my surroundings every day of my trip. And so the miniseries and this collection started...
